Logo for restaurant

Sorry but I really don't get the idea of a restaurant here. This ocre shade is very unappealing and the horrible the cut out job doesn't help.

There is no really personality or uniqueness with this logo. It's not because it has a tennis court that it has to have a tennis ball in the logo. Remember that logo should be memorable rather than informative. If you really want some kind of reference of tennis, make it more subtle. The tennis ball kills any idea of restaurant. And spelling out bistro won't cut it.

Globally, this logo lacks some serious research and sketching.
