the clothing line is a mixture of streetwear/outdoors with a theme of simplicity + sustainability. I don't want to ruin the logo's simplicity but believe having an outdoor element would be beneficial to the brand. also, the market audience is M/F 16-40, all help is appreciated, thanks!
I played around with the bar on the t but didn't think it looked too good. Here's a different draft of it https://gyazo.com/c6c0a0840d1420273eef7f070b4c1c78

I like where this is going. I'm a sucker for hand lettered logos.
That being said, this one right here is far from being finished. It's still a bit wonky, especially the baseline, and needs some serious tweaking. The characters are not well proportionate. Almost every character has a different x-height. You need to harmonize them all in that regard to get rid of that wonky feel.
In the same spirit, I would give the bar on the T the same width than the rest of the logo.
Keep it up! It definitely has some memorable personality. You're just a few hours of fine tuning shy of a totally rad logo!
I've been trying to and I can't seem to get it perfect. I'm a fairly new graphic design student, could I hire you to help me out? if you're interested, my email is climatesupplyco@gmail.com
I'm flattered you would ask me but I must decline.
First of, I don't have the time. I have my own clients to take care of and I'm starting a new job next Monday.
Second, I wouldn't be helping you by doing your work for you. I understand fine tuning a logo to make it perfect can be frustrating, until you realize that a there's no such thing as a perfect logo. This is also how you learn to own your craft. It takes time and sweat. Trials and errors. But no one can do it for you.
There are tons of videos on digital lettering on YouTube. Check them out, they will definitely help you.
Good luck! You're not far to have a professional grade logo. Keep it up!
PS: I must say that for a someone who doesn't have a lot of experience in graphic design, this logo is surprisingly good!
Congratulations on the new job! and I completely understand what you're saying. Thanks for the advice, best wishes
