not a bad idea but it doesnt look enough like a wheel chair to me, like the font though, just get that C and the symbol looking more like the disabled symbol and you will have a winner i think!
I don't mind the colour or the font.... But like M@, I cannot make out the wheelchair very well. I also have no idea what the name of this company is.....

You may need to add some kerning if the company name is 2 words, but at the very least, make it easy enough for anyone to read what the actual name is!
