I generally advise against having the first letter of the work mark in a different font, size and weight than the rest of the characters. Having it look consistent and legible can be a tricky thing to achieve and I don't think it works 100% here.

Actually, the version of this logo in your avatar looks far better.

Other than that, this logo works, in the sense that it does the job. But it don't think it is ground breaking by stretch and that it really stands out.
