This logo has some potential, but I must say I don't get what that the weird microphone shaped thing is doing there.

Also, the kerning is wrong.

The microphone shaped thing I guess is a neck tie, that should be behind the steering wheel.

Well if it is, it definitely doesn't look like one and it should indeed be behind the wheel.

I'd put a bow tie instead.
