I don't get it. This doesn't look like a rubber stamp. I would love to see what you were trying to convey. I don't get much from a paper boat and a couple of leaves. They don't seem to connect to each other.

I like the symbol but I think that in general you need to fit better the displacement of the objects (the symbol is not well positioned inside the circle and "MARKETING" is not well aligned).

Text around the circle is very flat and don't meet the center graphics.

The colors reminds too close Starbucks.
