Brief from client
Hi good people of Brands of the World.
First off, happy new year to you all, full of progress and accomplishments. You know the drill.
Here's a little commission I'm working on right now. Masae Analytics is a company which deals with everything having to do with the Big Data, cloud technology, all that stuff. To make it short, it makes sense of their clients myriads of data.

So among several proposals, this one is my favorite. Stemming from the whole "making sense of a lot of data", I came up with the sun rats coming out from the a cloud.
The colors may no be definitive, this scheme was proposed by the client, and I'm ok with it.
The font used are Nexa Slab and a simple Arial.
Tell my what you guys think.

Really love this Shawali. Love how the cloud and rays are boxed via negative space. The only issue I have is maybe the slab serif font. This is a personal preference though. Great job!!
Also, thanks for posting the 'all base concrete' video. Thoroughly enjoyed it =)
Also, did you try centering the cloud to allow rays above and below it?
I think the colors work very well btw and don't think they need changing at all ;)
Good execution of the idea. I think your sun rays could stand to be a bit brighter without being too bright against a white background. It seems a bit too orange. Everything else looks fine to me.
Happy new year.
I like the execution, I like how you combined the curvy cloud with the cornered cropped rays and the font choice works well with that. I think it is serious yet interesting.
maybe if you moved the rays so the right side ray is not cropped like that.
The colour scheme is fine as well.
Do you mind showing the other options you worked on? for inspirational purposes.
So clean and organized, compact..
Well done!
Mahayni said it well!
Here's a bit of process behind this logo. The final version is about to be validated by the client. I'll post it as soon as he does.
Also another proposal that didn't make the cut. The client wanted to toy around with the idea of a goddess figure.
nice.
