Wax company logo B&W version. Appreciate any comments.
Logo needed to have seal or badge like appearance. The client requested a stylized font for the name with minor flare accents. Logo will appear mainly on a dark background.

Yep, that works. Good job on this.
My only criticism would be the graininess of the subcopy. I'm sure it's in the font you've selected. It doesn't look bad, but perhaps you could apply a similar effect to other elements of the logo as well, so the subcopy doesn't stand out too differently?
There is a kind of disassociation (the rough and the main smooth font) with the main and subtext that I believe needs to be corrected as well.

Looks nice and polished.
My nitpick would be the thin vertical lines in the middle. They don't seem to turn out well, especially when reduced. I'd thicken them up just a shade.

Agreed, the line pattern fill for the middle are off a bit. I will need to work on more to correct that.
