The details in the tie are lost and for me, the sub text is too jammed in there to be of great value. I also don't see what the pegs coming out of the head have to do with IT. I think those could go and this logo would be a lot simpler and cleaner.
I intended fir the pegs coming out of the head to represent vast knowledge of the industry but now that i take a look at it it does look a bit broad since no context is added to that. Really helpful thanks ..
The main font is really cool and the color scheme works.
But the symbol doesn't. It's too complicated and needs to be simplified. I get what you tried to with the V and the tie, which is pretty clever although probably already done. But I fail to see the connection with an IT company. And I'm not really sure what those things popping out of the head are supposed to be.
As for the subtext font, try to find another one that compliment the word mark.
