uhm, not really sure about the drop shadows. it doesnt fit in with the color and the logo

Loose the drop shadows and gradients then see what your'e working with. I also think the logo could be more industry orientated or relevant rather than a wax stamp.

Yea, others are right, it looks like a wax seal on a wine label.
Nothing speaks 'cosmetics' here except if it's a special brand for 'winos'- :P
