Nah, it doesn't work. It reads MEDIF - N

The symbol doesn't really make sense, especially if you just repeat the name of the brand on and on.

Also, terrible choice of font, utterly boring and the main one almost look likes it's been altered. Abut the symbol, all caps rarely go well when typed along a path.

Poor choice of color too.

Scrap it and start over fresh, with a pen and paper this time.

That O is bad. This is 2013. You cant make a swirling repeating word a letter of the wordmark. Scrap this and start over.

Like Shawali said don't start in illustrator/ps, start with paper and pen. Jot some ideas. See what you like and work from there.
