Mental Creative

I have no idea what a "minded creation" is about.

This logo looks really old and uncreative. A pen and a brain? Done a gazillion times before. It's basically the first thought that comes to mind when creating a logo for an agency. You got to go way further than that.

The symbol doesn't look good at all, not does the scripted font.

First: write an understandable brief.

Then correct the lines on the green thingy that i suppose is a pencil with a brain instead of rubber. I gotta say that your symbol is terrible, the idea might work if it is well executed .
Also, don´t let the green word interfer with MENTAL they collide in an annoying way, maybe you should not let "creative" with that inclination, get a more readable font or if you hand made this, well adjust it a little.
