I'd suggest another font besides "Jokerman" just because that font seems rather dated and honestly ugly, perhaps a rounded sans serif to match the character. Also, is that Doraemon? If not he sure does look exactly like him! I'd work on him too, the tiny clothes he's holding seems to imply he's a giant or he makes doll clothes, which I don't think is what he's selling, maybe just him with some fabric and scissors? Overall he needs to be simplified. I like the fun direction the logo goes in though!
