The fork compared to the knife looks very thick.
I like how you combined the milk bottle with the negative space.
I think you can still work on it.

I agree the font is weak. The image of the knife and fork are fairly stylized, to put it with a handwritten script is questionable. I am not certain, is this a restaurant that serves steak and milk? Seems an odd combination. I also don't think of a steak house in terms of a wishy washy blue. I think this really needs re-thinking.
