its seems like there is too much going on it is hurting my eyes. I believe you can transform this into something nice though although that graphic mark may be a bit generic. Work on the positioning of your elements because this causes the eye to wander places it shouldn't. Work at it though. The colours don't really say engineering or anything to do with that field of work. If your client i happy with it then so be it but it could be executed better.
