It's a clean and logo which is good for your company. Your subtitle however has too much space between the letters.Also I wonder if the colors should be standard black. Why dont you try a dark blue for example?

Sorry, meh on a logo. Lower case " a " looks as it has been hammered into a surface. I'm not sure about the message a lock has with its open arm or is it done only to keep a shape of a lower case " a "? Lock with a key hole is overdone as much as light bulb and nothing ground breaking by keep doing it.Subtext still looks weak and out of the composition plus light colors doesn't help.
