This logo looks pretty neat and well composed but I must admit the symbol is really underwhelming. A flight of stairs with an arrow to symbolize "stepping up"? You need to find a better idea than that. Right now, this is looking terribly bland.

Spend some times sketching out ideas on paper until you find something that matches your otherwise well crafted logo.
