I don't see the resemblance between the two logos, except that both have bubble-like circle.

Es inevitable encontrar similitudes en logotipos que vemos a diario. Porque los diseñadores gráficos utilizamos elementos de diseño parecidos, en este caso, una esfera brillante.

The balls that just posted a few weeks ago here in Brands are identical to that of its logo. Please be more original, are creating not a logo stop put on business cards, or blocks, but a visual identity to who knows a future multinational. Ever thought about that?
Las bolas que publicada hace unas semanas aquí en marcas son idénticas a la de su logotipo. Por favor ser mas original, están creando no una parada de logotipo en tarjetas de visita, o bloques, pero una identidad visual para quien sabe una futura multinacional. ¿Has pensado en eso?
I think overall it's a good idea but it would be better if you kept the m&n a solid color and made the second word larger to balance it better.
