I feel like I should like this.. but something is throwing me off and I'm having a hard time putting my finger on it.

Maybe the symbol is just too overpowering and needs to be scaled down.

I'm not a fan of the font in relation to the symbol. that could be it.

I would try different placement and proportion of the elements. This is decent- but it feels like it could be better.

Something doesn't fit. Is the symbol portraying something (like a chair i tried to imagine) or is it just abstract? Anyway the size of the symbol is too big and i feel that the main font is nice but if you will analyze your symbol you will see that your sharp corners come from curved lines. Whereas the main font is to sharp on the "M" and i think that might throw it off balance.

Keep up the good work because i think this is nice and could be a lot nicer.

I know it's a chair but it looks like a patio chair or a waiting room chair. The thing is, it doesn't look executive or at least cubicle chair.

I'm not sure about the font, I would try a sans-serif typeface first to go along with the symbol, as G13 mentioned.

Oh.. and another thing. When posting a new version of the logo don't edit the first one. It makes people look like they were talking about something else. If you have more versions you can also keep better track of your progress.

Your graphic mark is simple enough but the shape is a bit unimaginative, you need to rework upper side to resemble office chair better.
Typography is ok but, in my opinion, with this kind of graphic mark a clean and slightly stronger sans serif would work better.

i would work a BIT more on the symbol and the font....you on a good path
