I don' think this is a spam. They usually come with a link.

This is not a bad word mark. I'm not a fan of the colors, but that's just me. I've never really like the combination of two dark shaded tints, especially burgundy and grey.

I don't think the subtext font works very well with the more modern main type. I would keep the same one but with a lighter weight.
