Sorry- but even with a description, I can't tell what is going on here.
The symbol doesn't make any sense and the type choice is poor.
Is it an eclipse? What is the rounded rectangle in the center? Why is the other one cut off midway through?
Not sure if those little white lines were intentional- but you need to get rid of them.
Overall this just isn't going to work for you in my opinion.
g13 say Moon in OO is a vector-style turntables and as a club to represent an eclipse or say a moonlight.
This reminds me of billiard balls. The type of the "M" and "N" doesn't seem to fit and I don't understand the marks above the letters in "LIGHT". For the sake of a logo, loose the gradient background.
Exactly, cue ball and "8" ball. That's the first thing that came to my mind.
I would go and sketch out a few more ideas if I were you. The fonts look tacky and like G13Design said what is up with the rectangles? You mentioned turn tables I dont see that at all. I see to OO with rectangles in them

I think your idea is fine, but, the symbol and the typo are so confuse.
I don't understand that's two balls, they make no sense in your proposal.
The details like a shiny, don't work.
And the colors, Black & White, so simple.

I have no idea what this is about but it doesn't look good.
Me gusta la idea de las lunas en la palabra Moon, solo seria que dejaras las circunferencias y omitieras las "o" que tiene dentro, y usar un tipo de letra mas jugueton para la M y la N, mas o menos como la de la otra muestra pero no tan delgada, o light, para que no se pierda. La palabra light como la tienes ubicada esta bien, me gusta, pero prueba con otras fuentes no tan cuadradas. Saludos!
