Brief from client
This is a two year old logo that I created for a free workshop that I present in New England in the U.S.
The workshop is all about helping people understand how home buying and financing works as their lives evolve, their families grow/shrink and they find themselves buying/financing a new home.
I wanted to convey that movement..from small homes to large, and vice versa...by nesting three home sizes together. The shape of the home deliberately a simple arrow pointing upward to suggest upward mobility as the program's name also suggests.
I chose Impact font and tried to keep things simple.

I like it. I do wish the blue house/arrow wasn't touching the black so we can see the white one as a flow. Right now that white house/arrow is kind of disjoint.
Maybe UP should be blue?
not a fan of impact font, and i think you should rework on the symbol
It looks like maybe 10 minutes was spent on this. It needs a fresh rework for sure.
This logo doesn't look too great, be more creative with it.
