I like this, it works, though I think the Q is just a little too close to the M. Also, the rounded corners at the top of the M seem weird. They don't match each other... the radius of the top left corner doesn't match the top right. Is that the font or did you do that manually? I'd clean that up a little.

Otherwise, this is pretty good. Nicely illustrated iris. The Futura font in the subcopy is clean and classy.
