Poor effort overall, I'm sorry to say. It looks like not much effort was put into this.
Ok, I see that you matched the left leg of the M with the width of the N. I don't really see the point, besides defacing that poor character and putting it off balance. Pro tip: don't alter a font if you don't really know what you're doing and want it to force it into something it's made for. A font is a complex system of sizes, spaces and proportions and screwing with that willy-nilly will almost always end up looking terrible and unprofessional.
