I like where you're going with this, but I would make a few adjustments. I think the handles on the rolling pin are too long. I also think there are too many wheat heads on top and they are too orderly. Perhaps consider a wheat spray that breaks out of the top of the circle and is a little less uniform. I would also consider fewer lines in the bottom. There are too many applications where these fine details will get lost. Even the little line at the end of the rolling pin is going to get lost somewhere.

I agree with the rolling pin handles comment, but I think the only other thing I would change is possibly change the horizontal lines at the bottom to having the wheat stalks extend below, so instead we'd see a vertical pattern there. Just a suggestion to tie the two halves together more.

Good work.

I'm loving the direction of the logo so far! Good starting point!

Just a few things to add to what Kill and Cooper mentioned. For colors it would be cool to see something of a warm yellow (not harsh but something like a goldenrod yellow) to be used on the wheat and the field below while leaving the other elements black like you have them. I personally have no qualms with the bottom lines but I am interested in how they would look vertically as Kill mentioned as overall the flow would be more cohesive to the eye. Also the lines on the ends of your pins look extremely thin and contrast quite a bit with the rest of your lines which are nice and bold or have that single stroke with lots of spacing. I would make those lines at the ends just like you had it with the lines used to separate the pins from the roller. One bold line on each side would probably give you a better contrast and go with the rest of your symbol a little better. Just my two cents.

Oh and for the amount of wheat you could also get away with just three at the top!
