I'm SUCH an idiot Shawali!! I'm *facepalm*ing all over. I saw all of the Mumford and Sons logo things and stupidly thought they were just things that someone had stolen from the internet and tossed up here for the heck of it. I had NO idea that someone on this site actually made them and had NO idea that that person was you!! (Thus the smarmy comment!)
I pinky swear- if I had been smart enough to realize that not only were they handmade logos but that they were YOUR logos, I would have green thumbed each and every one. I really really like all of them, to the point that I thought they were too good for someone here to have made and put up here!
I'm so sorry!! (Especially for my smart ass comment!) I shall lower my head in shame and go look at each of the M&S logos in awe- they are really great. SORRY TO BE SUCH AN ASS!!! :)

Anyhoo, thanks for the appreciation =) I'd love a real in depth critic of these logos, I didn't really posted them just to have roses thrown at me. Well, not only. =)

i really like this one but i dont get what its for? why have you combined Mumford and sons with Sons Of Anarchy?? is it just a made up thing??
Yeah, it's totally made up. It is not for a client or anything. Basically, it's just based on a stupid pun and also on the fact that I love Mumford & Sons and Sons of Anarchy with a passion. =)
The only real goal for these pieces is to have them serigraphed on a tee-shirt and rock it when I go to M&S concert next april in Paris =)

I really like this one- and out of the others posted this one is definitely my favorite. If it was a logo-logo I might say it needed to be simplified a bit, but for a t-shirt design I think it's tits on toast. (That's a good thing!)
Things I'd contemplate altering: The beige color- I MIGHT make it a tad lighter/brighter so that it's a little easier to read. (Or maybe you'd rather have it kind of shadowy - I actually don't mind really dark color schemes, especially if it's for a t-shirt.)
And maaaaybe I'd extend the length of that main box- only because it looks like "Anarchy" is touching the bottom of the box- which always irks me a little.
But I sincerely think this would be a fantastic t-shirt- and I bet a LOT of people that are fans of both would want one!! (Perhaps you should toss it up on one of those t-shirt sites that pay you if people order your shirt!?!)

Thanks! Yeah I thought about this kind of sites that pay for your design to put on tees. But there might be some serious legal considerations about using a bands name to make money.
Actually, I posted this very logo on the Mumford & Sons FB page and it somehow got deleted after a few hours.
Haha - maybe the designers for Mumford were intimidated and wanted it struck down! Oh, and I forgot that you had an image up for review here and so I absentmindedly wrote on someone else's review page that I would LOVE IT if you would take a look at that "Lingle" logo and give a critique!?! (I think as of right now it's still on the first page.) Only if you have a moment though! :)

This is my favorite so far. I think it's great. Clean and simple / easy to read.
