My logo as a web designer.
I try to use pencil and paper as suggested e this is what came from. Changed the whole thing and I do think it looks better.

I think in this forum it will be really hard to say something useful for you. You should start from the beginning and attend at a school or learn the basics online. Your works are not yet in a state where we can provide meaningful feedback.
True... better than it was. You have no reason for your choices (it seems to me). But, you almost have a monitor and keyboard there. You could work with that. Do some research on logo and logo design. Look at logos that you like and ask yourself why.. Try to apply that to your work.
It's an improvement over the previous version but still it's a mess. Sorry!

Try to sketch up a little bit, get out of the computer, have an idea, sketch it and then you can start to play with the design!
Sorry Larissa, this looks like a part of an internet banner, not a logo.
Get to the bookstore and buy some good books on graphic and logo design before you start over. I know reading is overrated and obsolete since the age of internet begun but books are your friends, use them.
Just go super simple... Break it down to the base elements, maybe add a little flair.
