my personal logo

Brief from client

i need something really really really insanely simple but strong, high impact, easy to remember. The logo should represent movement, imbalance, a bit of insanity, and the logo must look a little bit feminine. It's my style. The symbol must be able to stand alone as well as with my freelance name SDMD

the symbol is a simple triangle with curvy line. The triangle itself represent chaos imbalance and can be the tip of an arrow to point in a certain direction. The slim corners and curvy lines make the symbol look feminine but the overall shape is still strong. Obviously this is the version of the symbol with text. The logo will be white on a whatever color background, but it's still strong in low contrast condition

edit: i changed the black and white to image to this one to demonstrate how the logo will work

I like the simplicity of it. But I think your SDMD is a little too.. thin? Maybe if you put a thicker outline on it it will help. Reason being is because if this were any smaller, you may have to struggle reading it.

But for what your client wants: A little insane? I don't see any insanity here..

A little feminine? Probably not with that blue you have.. and the sharpness of your points would actually be a more masculine thing if I'm not mistaken.

You may wanna take a look at this:

Examples of feminine logos, now you'll notice something throughout. They use rounded curves, warm colors, or some feminine elements (hips, hair, breasts, etc.)

Not saying that you should design a nice pair of tits here, but do keep in mind some feminine traits that would in turn appeal to females. In the very least, you can probably get away with making it look like a g-string! (put to strings on the top two points and you'll get what I'm saying :P)

Your design overall isn't bad, but it definitely could use a little more femininity (and craziness).
