NAV arquitetura

Brief from client
Come up with a logo for a new architecture company. The company wants the logo to spread the idea of modernism and simplicity.
I tried to come up with a logo that have some "architecture" elements, such as rectangles and arches. As the brief from the client requests something modern, I tried to "blend" the shapes overlapping them and using a gradient.

I do quite like this but I feel it isn't quite there yet. First and foremost the typeface at the bottom is awful. you don't need a rounded font like that. All you need is a Sans Serif font with a bit of personality to it - please don't use Helvetica!
Right, now the positive! Colours are cool, could be worth playing with the grads a touch? Perhaps from the centre - but subtle!. I like the "W" it has a lot of personality and works well, but the "N" does look the same? Also is the left foot on the "N" flat?? looks to have a slight angle on it? If so why? In summary, promising but still a few tweaks to go yet but would love to see it afterwards.

I love the concept and the execution of the icon and colour scheme, but the typography of the "arquitetura" at the bottom lets it down. It's not very easy to read. But great start so far.
The "arquitetura" parts kerning is not looking too good. The "t"-s are breaking up the ríthm. You should try and give more whitespace between the NAV parts.

O arquitetura parece esmagado! tirando isso está uma boa marca! Trabalha mais nele!
E não tenha medo de ir até o final com o arquitetura, vai mesmo...manda a ver...vai até o final do NAV com ele!
