Brief from client
i have a several sector of business sector such as Beauty,Agriculture and cloth Fashion.
so i hire a designer to design and reflect to my SME Business
they send this logo to me. not sure is there any logo same as this before.
could someone comment it.

There's a basis for something ok here, but these thorns in the leaf make the whole thing way too aggressive.
I think you need to simplify it. I like how the curves of the leaf complete the circle. Let's keep that and get rid of the grass blades. You also need to refine those lines, they are way too thick.
Not a fan of the super acid green gradient too.

I hate to say this...but this looks like your "designer" found this image and did a live trace of it. Unless this is just a really low resolution image- the lines should not be jagged and rough. Everything should be smooth and even, and able to scale down or up without losing resolution.
