I'm no fan on the font, all these serifs complicate thing.

I like this a lot. Except for what Shawali pointed out I see a problem with kerning, you need to work on it more. Also my eyes need the symbol to be optically alligned with the company name vertically. The colors burn my eyes out, forget that RGB magic, design in cmyk to make the logo work in print too.

It looks like toothpaste with a fork stuck in it. It's also way too heavy and thick. Also, it doesn't convey anything about distribution, just plays on the name. Far too cliche. You guys really like this?
