I don't quite understand it. I get the symbols on the side are 'E's but, why is there an oval of translucent white causing a weird shiny part of it? The shiny part doesn't do anything for me as the symbol doesn't come off as 3D, it comes off as flat.

I'm not a fan of yellow(especially bright yellow) as when you put this on white nobody is going to be able to see it.

You may need to go back to sketching on this one.

I'll agree with Varansl for the logo bit, as for the font choice its a maybe...just need to work on the kerning between the two L's in elle.

Bring the i closer to the r in rodridues as well as spacing the i and g up, along with the u and e.

I do however like the symbol you have going for it, keep it up and it I think it will turn out nicely!
