Newport Skating Center

I really like. I would go to this place just based on the logo.

I don't like it. It looks too aged and stuffy for modern kids/skaters.
I think you need more modern look.

Is this for ice skating or skateboards and the like?

I love it looks great!!! the whole concept / layout is perfect.
Only change or suggestion i would make is maybe the downtown Newport part change that font to like goudy old style caps maybe. (think that would add a lil touch of class) VERY GREAT LOGO!

I would like to see the main type in two sizes rather than three.

I would also experiment with the proportions of the text vs. the snow flakes. I think a better balance could be struck between the two. I think symmetry in the type would help.

I like the symbol but not the idea. Translation: I don't think it's appropriate.

This logo would be great as the central message in a Christmas poster or ad. Some simple typeface in 2 colors and 4 sizes, it's like if there's something different in each line.

The round terminals of the letters are killing me, they should be straight lines. Kerning looks neglected.
