Brief from client 

Client trying to begin a new business and wanted a logo showing how people could reach the next level in their life. Primary colors were shades of blue and white.

Sorry, this is way to complicated to make a good logo. A logo needs to work in one color and the size of a postage stamp. This would become unreadable, text and symbol-wise at that size. The text isn't readable now.

This needs a total re-work.

Please abandon this concept and all variations! If you can't produce a good enough logo for your client you may well have to pass the brief on to someone else I'm afraid as I'm sure the client is getting tired of waiting.
