You have a wordmark and a graphic mark in the same logo. Pick one.

luenib against me seems an excellent idea ... accommodates only "Renovations" to the length of "Niko" to give a more rectangular shape ...

I love the symbol, but the font is not right, and doesn't go with the logo at all. I don't know that you need any text, the symbol could stand alone. And if you do use text change the font, and the color. Black just seems like your giving up.
