I don't think this works at all for me. Your clouds are too small to serve functionality of a weather station. The "Ni Met" font looks poorly designed. Not your fault there, but I would definitely stray away from it. The letters look really inconsistent.

Also, consider your color palette. You have a green-dominant logo, with a touch of blue hidden in there. I would use more blues than green to correlate with a sky. Green gives the sense of nature or "green" energy, or organic products.

I would redesign this with a stronger focus on weather. Use something that better translates the focus of a weather station.

I agree 100% with Killswitch.

This looks really poorly thought through. I'm ready to bet you didn't do any research and sketching beforehand. It really shows.

You need to restart from scratch, because this is not working.
