Logo for soon-to-be Chicago nightclub.

Revision #1: Reworked the owl face so it didn't look so angry. Completely new fonts used (no star on the "i"). Layout 2 of 2.

I would go with a more 'Bold' font, The overall theme doesn't make me think of a nightclub..
Needs to be more exciting and have a focus point, something that catches the eye, this is just an arrangement of shapes and letters.. Hope this helps out..
