Hi there!

I see that you went full on 80's with this logo ;) Problem is, all these 80's elements kinda overpower the rest and can cause confusion.

I would boil this done to strict essential, namely the word mark and the alien head symbol. All the rest is superfluous and kinda looks very generic.

Props to you for going with a hand made word mark, but it's not really legible. I first read Vinyl. That N looks either like a V or an H.

Slow down on the effect, they generally get in the way.

Remember that a logo should leave a lasting impression in the ye of the beholder. So simplicity is the key here. Not to be confused with simplistic (neither should complex be confused with complicated)
