Well, this looks like any football club crest out there. It's not bad, the composition is sound, everything seems to fall right into place, but it's not great either. The football is obviously a clip art, there are strokes on the fonts, the colors are really dull (but I guess they come from the club jerseys)
Now, if you are not a professional designer, the end result is pretty good and you and the club can be happy about that.
