I thought that version 1 looked a bit more like a chocolate brand, and this one does it even more.

I like the idea of going for a crest type of logo, it fits the concept of tradition.

Bur globally, this feels really rushed. For a brand of cheese, I would expect something way more organic, with a much more pronounced human touch, if you see what I mean. It looks like it's been designed straight on computer.

The colors are the main culprits as far as the chocolate thing is concerned. You put a cheese in there, but it'd look totally out of place. I'm pretty sure it's a clip art. Never use anything you didn't do yourself when creating a logo. The swirls right above are superfluous and just needlessly overcrowd the layout.

The word mark and the subtext are very contrived inside that ribbon. Their baseline should also match said ribbon.

I think you need to sketch a lot more. Keep it up!

Why work with three colours?
At that point go to four process (CMYK)
or go to two by removing the orange and find a mix with the others.

And last, go flat with the cheese, like

I would remove the outside things from the banner.

For last, as Shanuea suggested, I would choose flat.
