This is really good. Sharp and crisp.
The only thing that bugs me is how the symbol and the wordmark are stuck together and kinda fight for attention. That black space between the two had unnecessary weight the overall composition. It also creates redundance as the symbol ressembles the N.
I would visually separate the two. Maybe using one or the other and both at the same time.
But overall this is job really well done. Thanks for posting!

Looks good. Would not be super costly to screen print. Need to settle on a standard Hot Pink ink.
