Hate the type. Like the leaf design, but don't think that the gradient on the leaf does anything positive at all.

The orange/yellow thing behind the leaf - i'm not sure if it's an orange or the sun? Either way it's not earning it's space and is just confusing.

If you turned this logo all to a single color, it wouldn't work as it would just be a weird blob with some poor text.

I'd start again and make each element count.
