Brief from client 

A simple logo that reflects the intention of the company, they sell battery chargers (like powerbanks and stuff), the name its gonna be NV ELECTRONICS, hope you like it

I like that you use pick green as it indicates fully charged. If you like, you may consider making slanted lines thinner, then use 3 vertical lines as charging indicator.

Like Shane, I doubt anyone will be able to read NV in the symbol.

For now, it looks like the name of the brand is "electronics", since the subtext is so prominent. Also, watch out the kerning.

Other than that, I like where this is going.
