I think this is the best version so far. If you really have to have a symbol, that's the best one yet. It needs some tweaking but you are on the right track.
Now, I agree with a comment I read on a previous version. For that type of client, I wouldn't go for the very corporat-y word mark + symbol equation.
But so far, this is not bad. Keep it up!
