It need simplifying a lot here. You have a lot of creative ideas but they are just arranged incorrect. Think, less is more. When i saw your logo i picture this (below), its not the best illustration but its giving you a direction of where you should be going.

Te escribo en español porque al leer "Inmobiliaria" deduzco que eres hispanohablante. El ejemplo que te ofrece el segundo comentario es más que adecuado. Deberías tirar por ahí y procurar tender a la simplificación. Intenta prescindir de los efectos de bisel y relieve. Un saludo.
