First rough stab at a logo.

Not a fan of the font for light, just put it in for now.

Although you have done a pretty good job here and it looks nice i do not feel that its a logo for a brand of beer.

I think you should research beer brands and look at the labels on different beer bottles to get a feel for the correct type of style suited to this subject matter.

I would move away from those hoppy looking leaves or whathaveyou. Its overdone and expected. Focus on the work organic and find a better graphic to go along with that, something that will make people thirsty and feel special drinking it. Find what makes organic beer different and more special then other beers.
