This is actually a personal logo. I'm known as "OMDesignz" therefore I decided to have a logo to go with it. I aimed for something simple, yet elegant and that plays well with any color.

This looks more like a typographical exercise than a logo for me. Way to much work on behalf of the viewer (your customers) to figure this out, for it to be a logo. I suppose what I'm trying to say is thats it's cryptic.
Logos are supposed to be snappy, easily recognisable, simple and direct. Simplify and make it easy on your audience.
p.s. I'd rethink the 'z' instead of 's'. For me it just looks unprofessional. After all it's poor grammar and can come across as a bit casual.
I agree with Briankav, It takes way to much work on the viewer to understand what the logo means, even explaining the name its still hard to visualize.
on this logo i would take off perfection perfected. We are along way from there.
Do not mean to sound harsh, just my critiques :) Give it another go making it more simple :)
completely agree with the above. It took me an absolute age to realise that the shape was meant to be a "d"..infact i had to look at what you said the name of the company was to find out that it was a d... it looks more like a "j"
oh, its a 'd' is is? i thought it was a fish hook.
What supposed to look like a D definitely looks like an over sized J.
Globally, this is messy and unreadable. The stacked characters needlessly complicate things. I read something like Esignz, which of course makes no sense. Even if the D did look like a J, it wouldn't work either.
On a more strategical side, ditch that base line "It's perfection perfected". It's cheesy and over pompous giving how bad this logo is.
I see no concept here, it is just a big chaos of unreadable ugly typography. As a designer you could scare all your future clients away with this thing.
