Unfortunately, this logo isn't really working. The tricked out font is needlessly complicated and doesn't guarantee good legibility.
Is there a reason why "zador" is underlined? Same thing with the yellow i.
I think you need to restart from scratch, with a proper creative process, including research, inspiration and more importantly sketching before committing to anything on the computer.
