Brief from client
Logo for a Creative Agency. A company that satisfies all clients needs, from design to marketing, web developing, animation videos etc.
I need to know if this logo is readable, if you find it interesting. The way the glasses are made out of double "E". I'm opened for suggestions. Do you think it's too simple?
What do you think about the name? if you would not know what the company does, it seems like a positive name?

Most of the letters bother me a little. V looks too big for instance and E has an overbite. No pun intended. How about if the O was more of an oval?

It doesn't make me think Creative Agency. It makes me think of books and secretaries. If the creative agency's clients are book publishers, solicitors etc... it would be a good fit.

I wouldn't say it strikes me as positive or negative. If I am understanding it is a combination of "oversee" and "seek" which doesn't convey much emotion. The thin strokes and black of the text make it more "all work and no play" to me.
In this case I believe the name is what you will make of it. If you present it in a positive way then that's how it will be viewed. As a start up company there's plenty of room to build a brand identity.
