I like this, clean simple.. Just keep an eye out for your spacing on the circles they appear to be off...

I think you have a composition problem here. It's a bit off center.

I'm not a fan of the main font. The characters are kinda flying about. The subtext font is ok.

I also don't really like this color combination. I guess you wanted to go for a vintage look and feel, but this looks more dated than anything.
